Colonsay

We get to choose the name used by our networked PCs, so I called my Linux machine Colonsay. Hence I can talk about some calculation "running on Colonsay", which feels good. As of yesterday, Colonsay has a second monitor, which will help me write code more efficiently - and my office has gained a table and lost a filing cabinet (see extra). The other monitors are for my laptop and the networked Windows PC which I now rarely use.

Indeed, Colonsay appears three times in this photo: the PC, the map, and my favourite photo of my two daughters (see extra) which I took when visiting the island for the first time in 2009.
