Queuing inside

The Bakers and Butchers on the High Street are very popular and people often queue outside - this time of year the question is whether to 1. Try and squeeze everyone inside. 2. Leave some poor souls standing outside in the cold. 3. Leave the door open so that people outside feel they are included but those inside get cold.
By the way - their mince pies are very yummy
