Christmas Lights Up

Tonight was the annual "Lights Up" event on our local high street. Every year it seems to get bigger. This year the high street was closed to traffic and this made a big difference... the kids thought it was great, being able to wonder without fear of me checking if they'd looked both ways, if it was safe, etc!

We all really enjoyed the night... lots of sweets, mince pies, tipples were had by all and we got home feeling quite Christmasy!
