Time for a spot of preening

This young swan has been trying to take to the air but as yet the attempts have been unsuccessful ..... it won't be long though until he's gone.

The morning dawned bright and frosty but by lunchtime any evidence of the sun was long gone and it was just dull, dark and cold.

Out tonight to a musical evening by Strathclyde University Concert Band .... it will certainly be nice and noisy!
