A very unusual blackbird

My initial reaction was, "what on earth is that?"  This blackbird has been feasting on the rowan berries and really stands out from the crowd.  I have seen blackbirds with the odd white feather before but this one has a largely white head which changes its appearance considerably.  It is more nervous than the other blackbirds and seems to get chased off a lot.
