Cornbread

This buttermilk cornbread came out perfect. When making Southern cornbread chicken and dressing, you might as well stop if your cornbread is no good. This pone was perfect! I always miss Mama when I make dressing. She would sit at the end of the table and chop my onion and celery. Dressing was among her favorite things. She made wonderful dressing but passed the torch to me years ago when she said I surpassed her. I think she just tired of making it! :—) It is quite the process.
This batch is mixed up and in the fridge to meld then I will bake it in the morning.
