Board?

The odd spot of rain today but it didn't stop The Boss from "Browsing" the waterfront here in Wellington.
It is sometimes surprising how many younger folk smoke. The Boss was at some traffic lights yesterday when a Bloke exhaled  a huge cloud from a Vape thingie. The Boss had an artificial coughing fit and the bloke actually turned around and said "Sorry".  Hmmmmm?
