Cranberry Orange Walnut Bread

I never left the house today, as I spent a good chunk of the day cutting up cheese, onion, vegi’s, etc. for my pasta salad, followed by making the cranberry orange walnut bread and a crumble top pumpkin bread. It all turned out well, and they’re all things that can be made the day before so I only have to load them in the car tomorrow! No snow in the forecast, thank goodness, as we have to drive an hour and a half to my sister’s house for Thanksgiving dinner. I’m most thankful that Tom’s counts are up, so the Dr. gave him the okay to be in a big group (without a mask!). :))
