FLYER

I spent the day in Edinburgh where daughter #1 is spending a week on holiday from Australia. It was lovely to see her, though the reason she and her partner were there wasn't a happy one, and in fact there was bad news on his family front while we were having tea. I just hope things improve for all of them overnight.

When I saw the Star Flyer outside the station I remembered WhiskyFoxtrot's dizzying extra a few days ago, and thought again that nothing would induce me to go up there.
