V and A

It was a really wet day today - ideal therefore for our much anticipated visit to the new V and A museum in Dundee.
The museum is located next to HMS. Discovery on the banks of the Tay - and is a very striking building which looks a bit like a ship.
The museum itself was brilliant - there was a free exhibition about Scottish design , and a paid exhibit on Ocean going liners. Well worth a visit and great to see it packed on a dreich day in November.
