When...

There is nothing to blip you go for the slightly unusual. This is not mine (obviously) but I thought it made a good subject.
A day of reading some 40 emails (some with attachments) and then writing a report on their content and the subject matter and where it all went wrong. A difficult task but I think I reached the correct conclusion.
