Stinger Alert

Here is one for all the Blippers who belive Australia is full of creatures that bite or sting.
This is a bluebottle (or Portuguese Man-of-war) jellyfish. There quite a few on the beach today ...so hence not too many people swimming.
This chap (?) is about 2 1/2 centimetres long and they can still inflict a sting whilst washed up on the beach. Thankfully we do not see them very often on our local beaches.
