Oreo Truffles

I was up at 5am this morning so I could start my baking. I had my pumpkin cheesecake out and cooling before 7:30am!

Drove across town to pick my brother up from the repair shop. He got into town last night and needs his 18 wheeler looked at while he’s here.

Once I was home again, I got to work on making the Oreo truffles. These ones are made with regular Oreos. Tomorrow l’ll make ones with mint Oreos.

I then got to drive downtown to deliver a pumpkin cheesecake and some truffles to friends. The hard part was it was driving home again at rush hour. Don’t know how people do it day after day.
