Thursday: Eating out, German style

I left the UK this morning to fly to Germany where I am visiting my dear Mama who lives over here.  Bizarrely, who should I bump into at the airport but my boss who has also been in the UK and who was on his way back to Zagreb.

Anyway, Mum and I have a bit of a tradition at this time of year which basically involves going out and eating very large amounts of goose, red cabbage and German dumplings at this restaurant.

I am now feeling quite weak with the exertion........but traditions need to be continued, despite the expanding waistline involved.
