Gingerbread hotel

Every year the pastry chefs at the Broadmoor Hotel build a life size gingerbread house as part of the hotel’s Christmas decorations.
This year the Broadmoor is celebrating its 100th year ( yes, it was built in 1918 by Mr. Penrose), so the gingerbread project is a replica of the hotel itself!
It will be interesting to see how closely the finished projects mirrors the real deal. So far, so good.
