Befriending this morning. I felt tired so didn't go swimming beforehand. A fun session.

Back home I prepared for a presentation that I have to do tomorrow evening...I really don't like public speaking, so will be very pleased when it's over. Then more time messing about on the internet when I should have been reading :(
