Leading by example....
WFH again today as I hope to be all week.
Popped down to my Tuesday Metabolic Fit class on the Queenax system. It runs lunchtime and whenever I’m WFH I always try an pop down.
After the main session we had a monkey bar challenge. This was the instructor showing us how it’s done. She made it all the way across.

Managed to finally catch up with Game of Thrones. That’s me now watched the final episode.
Can’t wait for next year and season 8.
