Island Time

Made a fire, filled the bird feeders, worked on the puzzle a bit, A very foggy morning walk.  It’s cold.   Our thick cowichan sweaters feel cosy. (inside the cabin and out)   The ducks are back.  Goldeneyes, Buffleheads, red breasted Merganzars, surf scoters, loons.  Tomorrow I’ll look for them with the bigger lens.  The big leaf maples have shed all their leaves.  There were 3 trees or big limbs blown down on the trails that H cut up later.  It’s getting dark very early.   Studio time most welcome.   Very quiet.  All good.
