Magnolia

It was very frosty and dark this morning at 7.15 when I went to the surgery to have some blood taken, but turned out sunny later. It stayed cold all day though.
The protesters are still blocking roads everywhere so we've had to cancel a girls shopping trip to Ikea in Bordeaux tomorrow, but I'm hoping I can still get to La Rochelle on Friday for the post op appointment with my surgeon.
Here you can see our magnolia, planted around 20 years ago by a previous owner, just 6" from the house wall!
