Grrrr! Fly-Tipping

Took the car for its service this morning, walking back from the garage. I was almost home when I came across this tipped waste. My estimate suggested this was from a large tipping lorry, mainly off builders’ waste. Because it was tipped in this private driveway it will be the land owner’s responsibility to clean up.

I find it hard to understand the mentality of these people. And of course because of cut backs in public services there’s less chance of the culprits being caught; there just aren’t enough investigators to follow up on these incidents.
