Millionaire’s shortbread

A friend is organising a St Andrew’s Day celebration supper on Friday evening. I offered to make something to bring to the party and she suggested that I make something sweet so I decided to make millionaire’s shortbread as this could be made in advance. I haven’t made it for years and the shortbread base has come out a little crumbly but it tastes really good
