Like A Pro'

There's nothing that says "pro' photographer" like a bit of DIY on your gear. My dad always had a roll of gaffer tape and elastic bands in with his Hasselblads and Nikons (yes, plural of both and no, I wasn't allowed to touch them). He was a lecturer in photography at Taunton, then Southport art colleges. Wish I could remember a fraction of what he showed me but I do remember gaffer tape and 'lacky bands. 

Here I am attempting to balance my front heavy kit on the Weebill Lab with 420g of fishing weights. Seems to balance right, testing tomorrow. Reckon dad would be chuffed.
