View from the top

What a fantastic day. A beautiful moonlit morning and Saturn low in the sky looking enormous. The day was amazingly still, the vapour trails from passing planes hung in the sky for improbably long times.

We walked up to the flagpole in Queen's Park at lunchtime and this was the view past the squinty bridge and Glasgow University to the snow capped peak of Ben Lomond. I hear the cold weather is to continue, bring it on.
