Fancy a Dip

The coldest day of the year so far and down at Torre Abbey Sands four people are taking a dip. One of them (male) got out straightaway. A beautiful day but the frostiest morning since we came here. The sea, reflecting a blinding sun looked inviting.

The local paper has a photo of 100 members of NAPO, the probation officers union, who were in conference in Torquay, having a swim last week to celebrate their centenary. The swimmers in this photo are beleived to be the last remaining members of the bus conductor's union.
