Movember 10k Nottingham

SUNDAY

The weather was kind and I managed a respectable 52m 18s in the Nottingham Movember 10k at Wollaton Park. The race was won by a dog with a man in tow. 

Many thanks to Harriet and George for escorting me to the start and assisting me with the preparation and photographs,

This afternoon we had a pleasant 5k walk around the Attenborough Nature Reserve (see extra).
