Problems? What problems?

Louisa and Owen left Telford in the ambulance at about half past 11 last night with me following in the car. We all got to Manchester just after 1 straight into A&E.

More assessments and a discussion with the surgical registrar and Owen was on the emergency list for surgery today for an endoscopy and dilatation on his oesophagus. We took him down to theatre at about 5 o'clock and a hour and a half later he was back in recovery, completely chilled out, looking like nothing had happened.
This was him looking calm and relaxed back on the ward.
