It's Carnival Time Again.

As well as being Kate's birthday (she was born on Carnival Saturday 34 years ago), today saw the annual Glastonbury Carnival. It was the first one Sophie has been old enough to go to and appreciate and she really enjoyed it.

It was one of the best ones for a few years with some fantastic artwork, costumes, music and dance routines. This is the front of one of the most spectacular in terms of artwork.

We didn't get back until late and Kate & Sophie are staying for the weekend so time for commenting has been limited. We took Sophie to the park while Kate met friends for a birthday lunch, then Chris joined us for Carnival
