Flying Saucers

It has been such a lovely day that we decided, as the sun was going down, to see if the starlings were gathering, as they did last year so spectacularly. 

Well they were, but have moved their roost so, by the time we caught up with them, they had largely finished their murmuration. We also think they were spooked by the obvious presence of two Buzzards. It was still good to watch them though - see extra. 

Then I turned round and saw this amazing sight - Lenticular clouds reflecting the setting sun.
