Park Run Week 7

Overslept. Whatsapp pinging away whilst frantically trying to get myself run-ready. Turns out it was nearly every other member of the group making their apologies for flu-like symptoms and other commitments. Group cancelled. Went back to bed. Secret joy.

The German Market has arrived which means it’s officially Christmas. I duly shuffled the length of New St at snail pace to meet my workmates there and then vowed to find an alternative route round town for the next six weeks. It’s Christmas!!
