Snot Fair

Katie had a day off school after her snotty nose generated a mountain of tissues by her bed overnight. Gordon was not terribly happy and immediately started playing the sickie too, but we managed to hustle him off to school.

So, a Dad and Kate day and a trip to the library at lunchtime - when the library is shut. Doh. With time to kill, we wandered round the harbour and had a quick stop in the pub to warm up. Not that we wanted to you understand.

Later on we were supposed to get our free loft insulation, but they didn't turn up. We missed them the first time, so next time it'll be third time lucky I hope!
