Outshone

I don't go to downtown Minneapolis much these days.  Even in the two years since I moved to the outer edge of the Twin Cities, my old neighborhoods have changed so much.  I'm also always surprised at how much "warmer" it is downtown--while the St. Croix is almost frozen over, the Mississippi is still its liquid self. 

A new bright neon sign has been installed near the beautiful subtly lit Hennepin Avenue Bridge.
