Bloke of the telly

This bloke presents football on Astro or at least did. He gave me the best assessment of my football skills.

Chatted with him before playing a game, one team were wearing what looked like an early 80s Ipswich strip, shared I was an Ipswich supporter when young.

After the game he congratulated me on our loss and said my playing style was a cross between Terry Butcher and Stephen Hawkins.

He sadly was a really good player, ex pro you'd expect nothing less, they had 2 other ex pros but they lost and I found that quite amusing.
