Real life India

Day 7:

Jaipur to Ranthambore

After breakfast, I travelled by coach to Ranthambore. This national park is among the largest in India, and is known for its tiger population. The guide allowed me to walk amongst the locals in a small town, really interesting to be there and smell the Indian air and feel the atmosphere.
I’ll be at the Regency Hotel for the next 2 nights,it’s located on a private estate on the edge of Ranthambore. I’ve been advised to wear dark and muted colours, such as shades of khaki and green, as these will not show up too much against the vegetation. I don’t fancy being tiger food! If I don’t blip tomorrow, a tiger may have had it’s breakfast!
