A place to sit and reflect

All that is needed is a pair of waders.
A beautiful day. Just a short walk and I got some shots of a lovely heron but he was just too far away so difficult get him in focus. I watched a buzzard get chased across the fields by a couple of gulls and met a guy trying to get a photo of a Kingfisher.
Now I am trying to work up the enthusiasm to go to the gym tonight.
