The accused

Spent most of the week in a suit.
Which means:
In court
Interviewing
Being interviewed
Wedding
Or Funeral

It was number 2.

At the end of the process we were able to offer 4 people jobs. And I changed into normal clothes.

So I went from being very hot (in more than one sense) to being very cool (ditto).

Good to see some good people.
Disappointing to see the willy-waving that seems to have replaced the collegiate ways of working that we always enjoyed.

Apparently I could now say “literally “ in relation to the above - “literally” now means “extremely”.
Sigh.
