new neighbours

Finally arrived in Mysore, 32 hours after schedule, completely exhausted but very happy. Bumped into some old friends from Austria, Norway and Poland immediately, got borrowed my landlords scooter, had a great idly for lunch, a sanskrit class and a nice chat with my indian family and new japanese and american neighbours. On the way to the medical store at the corner up the road to buy my favourite toothpaste, I met this fellow. Not much time for picture shooting today, but I am sure this holy cow will be a worthy representant for the first day my stay in India. Namaste.
