It's that time....

....of the year.

It seems that the spirit of Christmas has reached Chiang Mai.  This Christmas tree is by the door of the Indian Restaurant that we frequent.  The customer base is a mix of Western tourists and Indians both touring and living in Chiang Mia, but this is the first year that they have erected a Christmas tree.  To be fair for the last two years Chiang Mai has been fairly subdued but seems to be coming back to life now. The light was starting to fade so this shot isn't as clear as I would have liked.  I find the idea of a Christmas tree at an Indian Restaurant amusing so I am tagging it for sillysaturday.
