Pavlova

Delighted after many years of trying, to produce a pavlova which didn’t disintegrate when I peeled the baking paper off. Made this for dinner guests. It had to be a gluten free dinner. This is a very obvious dessert choice.

My poor mum is still in hospital. Shingles has reared it’s ugly head. Very sad for her and my dad who is now very tired.
