Helen....

Up early today to go to Cookstown where I was speaking at a ladies breakfast!  Had a wonderful breakfast and a good response from my talk which was great!

Then a lovely surprise - Helen who worked in Malawi years ago was visiting Belfast from Scotland!  Met her for coffee and a lot of catching up!!  Was fun!
