Town day
Our power went out at 7:45am this morning and didn't look like it was going to be coming on anytime soon. Loggers took down a power line. The downside of living rural. I had an appointment in town so just left a bit earlier and grabbed coffee and breakfast in town.
This image is an understated photo of the actual wide perspective but wanted to capture it nonetheless. This highway is what takes me the 20km's into town and today as I descended the entire valley was under this cloud. Hard to believe that there's a town of 7000 people hiding under that cloud. Definite benefits to living above the clouds.
Power came on at 5pm just in time to make dinner! :)
