Stourhead

Left Chislehurst today - my friends head home on Sunday so it was time to go.
As I pass Stourhead on the A303 I decided I'd stop for lunch and a walk on the way home. It was wonderful - but misty. Got the steps in by walking around the lake.   Amazingly I bumped into two of our camera club members who were heading off on holiday and had stopped off for lunch also (opposite direction as they were heading towards Gatwick)!  
As I wandered I came across a rhododendron that was flowering.... gosh, how nature is confused! 
Safely home now and hopefully normal serve will be resumed.

Now watching Children in Need.... but I think i will be off to bed before it finishes.
