The converse of the theorem?

We used to joke:-
"Must be Christmas there's Easter eggs in the shops."
By extrapolation - It can only be Easter.
Seen in local Sainsbury's.

I spotted the extra in their car park. VERY law-abiding citizen
w.r.t. number plate legibility.
I wonder if s/he actually IS?
It might account for the muck and clean plate? Too often mucky to bother frequent cleaning but needing to be legal??

BTW, just to clarify - the hair belongs to the lady at the car in front not the "Vet".
