A dull day

The cafe was busy this morning but we shut early as J. had to get back home for a delivery.  I continued repairing in the afternoon as well as chasing up the lack of phone and internet.  An Openreach engineer came yesterday saying he would return today but didn't.  Apparently he needs the cradle truck to work up the pole but there are only three in the area.  I keep getting fobbed off by customer services and the escalation team.  It is all getting a bit frustrating.
