Little and Large

Back to summer today, blue skies and warm sunshine. I took this picture in the village over the hill from us.  It looks more like Surrey than Roxburghshire, with the Old Manor Inn resplendent in its manicured topiary.  Apparently this building was derelict forty years ago - floors gone and chickens living inside.  It's hard to believe.

I especially like the mail box!
