Not very masterful
I was greeted by this lovely culture plate when I got into the lab this morning.
It appears the condensation on the surface of the agar smeared the bacteria across the plate, so they grew in a streak rather than in uniform circular colonies.
Lesson learned: don't try to plate individual colonies on wet agar.
This was supposed to be the "master" plate for my genetic constructs. Try again.
