AN EARLY FRIDAY SHOT

I was on the bike early this morning to capture a flower for BikerBear's challenge.  Nearly all the flowers on the usual path of flowers were all past their prime.  Even these poppies were just about had it but the bees were fighting over them - so much activity for 630am.
Another busy day followed by a lovely walk along the same path tonight  with MrD.
