Fine tuning

A day of washing, Skyping wonderful friends, sushi with Chris and Amanda,  and band practice.

Drama of the day;
Feeling hormonal and a bit flat (despite all the wonderful things and people listed above!)...a walk to the shop and a bit of a pray got me sorted.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) M&M and their wisdom.
2) Amanda and Chris.
3) A clean flat.
