Along parts of the East Lothian coast there are still many wartime remains including these tank traps beside Hedderwick Sands.   It would have been impossible to walk here during the war with barbed wire and glider traps but now it’s a very pleasant place overlooking the Tyne estuary and fields especially on a beautiful sunny morning.
