Dawn Chirp
The small Japanese Maple has lost most of its leaves.
So now, as we leave for work, our house sparrows sit here chirping away, seemingly oblivious to our departure. They are here most mornings: overnight they have been roosting in our eaves.
Earlier, it being a rare cloudless morning, Venus shone very brightly in the low south east sky. It's been missing from the dawn and dusk sky awhile.
