Of plumbing! I always use this when using compression joints as it ensures a good seal. The removal of the old and fitting of the new sink tap was not too onerous.
However the new bathroom flooring was not laid as they brought an incorrect sized piece of vinyl. This was very vexing as it meant I have had to cancel my arrangements for tomorrow so that I can let the fitter in as my tenant will be at work!
